It Gets Better is a load of bullshit
instead of focusing on how bullying gay kids is wrong, they are essentially just telling queer kids “grin and bear it for a couple of years”, as if bullying someone is TOTALLY OK while you’re in high school.
fuck you society, you don’t care about us. you just want us to get acclimated to the status quo of hatred in this country. well FUCK YOU, we’ll have to make our lives safe somehow, and when a queer youth comes to school and shoots his bullys, you damn well better “grin and bear it” because that’s the fucking outcome that you indirectly create by telling kids in no uncertain terms “bullying the queer community is okay if you’re in high school because it’s a thing that happens” instead of rooting out the cause and violently destroying it.
