• water tribe descendent raised in a progeny on a tropical island
• goes naked except for flowers and strings of pearls, fat + ridiculously short, platinum blond dreadlocks (independently invented peroxide,) paints herself with rouge and kohl she makes from minerals and sea life
• (i have no idea if that’s plausible but water benders can make ice and control other liquids i feel like a sufficiently talented one could fuck with it chemically)
• useless in combat but talented in kinetic laser-precise forms of waterbending; can breathe underwater by absorbing oxygen in her mouth and create primitive poisons (made of hydrogen and oxygen i need to research … )
• oral fixation; compulsively licks things and puts objects in her mouth to consider the makeup of the liquid
• kind but vain, vacuous, lazy, selfish, self-indulgent, not very smart
• owns a pet jelly serpent which is like a gharial mixed with an axolotl but i named it “jelly serpent” because that sounds so cute
